Margaret Pegues was born in Nassau, Bahamas. Her family originates from Haiti and she speaks fluent creole. She moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida at the age of 8 years old. She graduated from South Plantation High School in 1998 located in Plantation, Florida. Two weeks after graduating high school on June 22, 1998, she enlisted into the United States Marine Corps and went to boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island located in Beaufort, South Carolina. After successfully completing boot camp, she then went to Marine Combat Training at Camp Geiger, North Carolina. Upon completion, Margaret then attended Military Occupational Specialty School at Marine Aviation Training Support Squadron located in Meridian, Mississippi where she became an Aviation Supply Specialist (6672). Her first duty station was Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 13 Aviation Supply Department located at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, AZ where she spent 4 years. She then transferred to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 31 Aviation Supply Department located at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina where she spent the remaining of her contract. During her service, Margaret received several commendation awards such as two Good Conduct Medals, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, two letters of appreciations, and a certificate of appreciation. While actively serving in the Marine Corps, Margaret attended evening classes at Park University onboard the military base education center and obtained her Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration in 2006. She exited the Marine Corps on July 1, 2006 after 8 years at the rank of Sargent (E-5) with an honorable discharge. In 2007, Margaret moved to Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii with her family. While living in Hawaii, Margaret was introduced to Personal Injury Law during her time working for a husband and wife firm Turbin Chu where she served as a Legal Assistant. She continued pursuit of her degree online; in 2008 she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice also through Park University. In 2009, Margaret relocated back home to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. On January 18, 2010, Margaret obtained a Legal Assistant position with a Personal Injury Law Firm Carner & Barzakay. Margaret quickly moved up the ranks and was promoted to Paralegal and later became the Office Manager. In 2011, Margaret obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Strayer University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After approximately 4 years with the firm, the two partners decided to split. In 2013, the managing partner decided to branch out on his own and started his own Personal Injury Law Firm named Barzakay Law Firm and brought Margaret along with him. Margaret played a pivotal role in establishing the firm, hiring new employees, and managing the day to day operations. She spent over 8 years working with Mr. Barzakay as his right hand woman. Margaret is a natural born leader and is a leader in everything that she belongs to. She is a member of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority where she has served as Director of Legal Research and Development as well as Chapter President for their Miami Rho Chapter. She is a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Queen Bethany Chapter. She devotes a lot of her time giving back to the community through service. In 2018, Margaret decided to branch out on her own and start her own consulting firm named MMP Consulting Services LLC. where she provides an array of services such as but not limited to paralegal services, registered agent services, notary public services, assistance with immigration forms, new business startup assistance, etc. Margaret is also the owner of MMP Management Company and the founder of The MMP Foundation.

Nyara is the Office and Finance Manager of MMP Consulting Services LLC. She has been a valued member of the MMP team for four years, beginning her journey with the company in January of 2022. Throughout her time with the organization, Nyara has demonstrated consistent growth, dedication, and professionalism, earning multiple promotions. She began as an Intake Specialist, advanced to Case Manager, and currently serves in her leadership role as Office and Finance Manager.
Nyara is recognized as a quick, diligent, and detail-oriented professional who brings efficiency and reliability to her work. She is also furthering her education, currently pursuing an Associate of Arts (A.A.S.) degree in Paralegal Studies at Broward College, strengthening her skills and commitment to the legal and administrative field.

Aphasia is the intake specialist of MMP Consulting Services LLC. She serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every individual feels heard, supported, and guided throughout the intake process. She enjoys creating a welcoming experience that builds trust and sets the foundation for quality service and
successful client relationships.
Aphasia is also strong in her communicating skills, attention to detail, and with a client-centered approach she's able to help gather and organize important information efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. In addition to her professional experience, she is currently attending Broward College, where she is pursuing her Associate’s degree and will later pursue her degree for Ministry at Southeastern University. She is passionate about helping people navigate important decisions and connecting them with the resources and support they need. Her ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage sensitive information allows her to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compassion.
